URBE not smoking.... please

In college presents a very serious pollution problem due to smoking as not only are sick people who smoke but also what we do and the environment is also hindered in one way or another. 

It is a matter of conscience we must all help you should create a single place for smokers, and rebuke those who are violating the rules, so we work to have a better university and have a few best mates.
